We need your help!

There are thousands of people with disabilities living in Orange County and Long Beach. Sadly, at this time, UPMA doesn’t have the resources to advertise and let people know that we’re here to serve them. That’s where you come in. Right now, we get most of our new students through referral. Please do us a favor and tell your friends and family that we exist. Most of us can say that we know someone who is physically or intellectually disabled. Just let them know our program exists, chances are they’ve been looking for some type of recreation that can accommodate their needs. Of course, be sure to like us on Facebook if you haven’t already and then share our page with others.
Thanks for your help!

Tournament for Grapplers with Disabilities

Tournament for Grapplers with Disabilities

We are proud to support the Grapplers Heart Tournament for their dedication to giving people with disabilities an avenue to compete. The tournament is designed to help recently disabled people return to competition and to encourage those who have never competed before to begin. Competition is an excellent way to test your skills as a grappler and will help an athlete to see their strengths and weaknesses. It is something that we at Unlimited Possibilities Martial Arts believe everyone should experience at least once.
The tournament will take place next April in New York. Please visit their website http://www.grapplersheart.com/ for more information and like them on Facebook. If you are interested in volunteering, please contact Coach Kristen and she will forward your information to the tournament organizers.

We have a new look!

As you can tell, our website has received a make over! Please take some time to look around at all the features. Don’t forget to share it with your friends. Our goal this year is to add one more class per week to the schedule so that we can better serve the special needs communities of North Orange County and Long Beach. We need your help to do this.
1 in 68 children in the US has some form of autism. There are a lot of people out there that need us, if only to experience what other children take for granted. We are always looking for volunteers as well. Feel free to contact Coach Kristen if you are interested.
